This scheme proposes to construct a world class entertainment resort in North Kent, which will have Europe’s largest theme park along with other leisure and entertainment features and accommodation for the expected 40,000 visitors per day.  Ardent is appointed as the Land Referencing agent to undertake site investigations, liaison with statutory undertakers, major stakeholders and the identification.

Hackney Woodberry Down

Hackney Woodberry Down

Ardent was appointed in 2007 as part of the team promoting the London Borough of Hackney´s 20-year, £1billion regeneration project to redevelop 1950s built Woodberry Down Estate. The project is one of the UKs largest regeneration schemes and will deliver 4,600 new homes, a City Academy, health centre, youth centre, an expanded primary school and improved retail facilities.

The Garden Bridge is a new 366m long footbridge that will stretch across the River Thames from the top of Temple underground station on the North bank to the South bank. The bridge will hold an expansive garden that pedestrians will be able to weave through for free.

Using our extensive railway expertise we worked with the Council to look at potential development scenarios that sought to create a new transport interchange and bus station cross funded from the commercial/residential development opportunity.
