Confidentiality means that details about other people should only be disclosed on a need to know basis. Any details of a personal nature will only be disclosed with the consent of the person involved.

• We will only obtain information for the purposes intended and will process your information fairly and lawfully.
• We will not disclose personal information to third parties, except where the customer has been approached and consent has been given or where we have a legal obligation to do so.

• We will only obtain data that is relevant and adequate for the task at hand and take reasonable steps to retain data only for the duration of the purpose for which it was obtained.
• We will delete personal information from our operating systems where it is no longer required, unless we are obligated to keep it for legal and regulatory purposes.
