Paul Clarke is an Associate Director at Ardent and a Chartered Surveyor. He has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of land, property and valuation work, much of it in a railway and project environment working on the promotion and implementation of Private Bill and Transport and Works Act schemes. Paul´s approach is to combine his broad legal overview with a good practical appreciation of the scheme or issues at hand to act as a link between disciplines bring about issue resolution and achieve results.
