We have pioneered the use of General Vesting powers for transport schemes. We produce and serve Notices to Treat, Notices of Entry and General Vesting Notices. Our expertise in this area has led to the development of a bespoke Land Acquisition Management System (LAMS), which enables us to manage land acquisition and monitor budgets, providing forecast and expenditure reports.
