Cory Riverside Energy – Riverside Energy Park

Ardent were appointed in March 2018 on a further energy DCO. After 9 months hard work, the application for the DCO for Cory Riverside Energy Park was submitted on the 16th of November. The Energy Park will comprise an integrated range of technologies including: waste energy recovery, anaerobic digestion, solar panels and battery storage.

Ardent were tasked with the land referencing work stream (delivering the S44 list, Book of Reference, Land Plans, Special Category Plans, and inputs to the SoR) and delivered ahead of schedule. Additional services, which include landowner negotiations and valuations along with CPO strategy advice, are ongoing in attempts to secure all the necessary land and rights by agreement. Ardent are now gearing up for the next stage of the project with s.56 notices and on into the examination. Well done to all the team for the efforts to date!
