Investing in our people has always been central to how we grow as a business, and we are delighted to announce a series of internal promotions across our Birmingham office.

The promotions recognise the contribution, development and achievements of colleagues across several teams and reflect the opportunities created through Ardent’s continued growth.

Supporting nationally significant infrastructure projects across regeneration and development, utilities, renewables and transport, our teams work in complex planning and delivery environments, helping clients navigate projects from early engagement through to consent and delivery.

As the business continues to grow, colleagues across our specialist teams are taking on greater responsibility and playing an increasingly important role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients and communities.

Among the latest promotions, Pete Gibbard has been appointed Head of Projects. Within our Land Services directorate, Hannah Purchase has been promoted to Senior Associate Director, Jim Lowe to Associate and Alexandra Kitchener to Senior Surveyor.

Within Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, Amy Day has been promoted to Technical Director, while in our Consents Management directorate, Sandish Kaur has taken on the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Kate Ramscar, Head of People and Culture at Ardent, said:

“Ardent’s purpose is to deliver life-improving changes for communities and future generations, and this ambition will be further enabled by these members of our team taking up their new, elevated positions.

“Ardent is a company in which internal progression is extremely important, as investment in our people is our lifeblood. It is extremely gratifying to see members of our varied directorates putting into practice the skills they have learned as their careers have developed, enabling them to fulfil their personal and professional growth.”

At Ardent, we are committed to supporting the development of our people, creating opportunities for progression and building a business where talented individuals can develop long and rewarding careers.
