Ardent Director joins WICE Awards judging panel

We’re delighted to announce that Ardent’s Viki James will be a judge at this year’s WICE Awards 2022.

The WICE, or The European Women In Construction & Engineering Awards, has been designed to find the most exemplary women in construction and engineering across Europe.

With women representing only 11% of the construction workforce in the UK, the awards aim to encourage companies to employ and train more women in the Construction & Engineering sectors.

Viki Comments ”I was previously a finalist in the Best Woman in Project Management category and it was a tough but enjoyable process. The most exciting thing for me is the increasing level of female representation at expert level in so many roles in construction and engineering. Good luck to all the finalists and well done for getting this far!”

Viki currently heads up Ardent’s Consents Management Consultancy (CMC) Directorate having previously managed leading TWAO, DCO and other consents for Transport for London.
