Ardent Response to COVID-19 Pandemic
In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have been adhering to the government advice, amending our working practices and responding as required. We have developed a well-established business continuity plan to ensure our level of service provided to clients remains at its highest. We have fantastic IT facilities and remote-working technologies enabling all of our staff to work remotely from home seamlessly and without reducing productivity and service delivery. We would like to assure all existing and prospective clients that we remain open for business as usual and always on hand to deal with your enquiries as required through these unprecedented times. All of our team remain contactable via phone or email and are able to conduct meetings via Teams and Skype as required. Our mitigation methods are under constant review by our leadership team and are currently as set out below:
- All offices remain open and accessible only for business critical activities and statutorily required notice distribution;
- All staff are currently instructed to work at home and remain at home in line with the current government advice;
- All staff remain fully contactable via phone and email and are available to assist between the core hours of 9am – 5pm;
- If you had a meeting scheduled with a member of the team, they will be able to arrange for this to be conducted remotely through Teams, Skype or conference facilities;
