Anthony is a Chartered Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with over 15 years of experience delivering geospatial services to a broad range of clients across the Civil Engineering, Environmental, and International Defence sectors. He specializes in managing the complete life cycle of GIS projects — from initial data acquisition and field collection through to advanced spatial analysis, mapping, and the effective communication of data in both digital and print formats.
Throughout his career, Anthony has successfully delivered GIS support for a variety of high-profile infrastructure and defence projects. These include the A47 Improvement Scheme and A46 Junction Upgrades, where he worked alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide spatial analysis, environmental constraints mapping, and geospatial data management in support of key National Highways initiatives. In the defence sector, Anthony played a critical role in the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s Strategic Environmental Assessment (DIO SETA) program, delivering GIS outputs to support land management, estate planning, and environmental compliance across MOD sites.
His client portfolio includes National Highways, Bute Energy, SP Energy Networks (SPEN), the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Calderdale Council, and Bradford Council — each relying on his ability to tailor GIS solutions to meet the specific regulatory, technical, and operational demands of their projects.
Anthony is proficient in a wide range of GIS platforms and tools, with expertise in spatial databases, data standards, and geospatial workflows.
