Danielle Warren

Danielle joined Ardent in May 2025 as an Associate Director, bringing over a decade of multi-sector experience in delivering land access strategies for nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects. She plays a key role in shaping and leading access delivery across major schemes, developing standardised processes, and driving efficiencies that support both client objectives and operational excellence.

Danielle has worked on complex land access programmes involving Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs). She is recognised for her  technical expertise in land referencing, her ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, and a collaborative leadership style that cultivates high-performing, solutions-focused teams.

Prior to joining Ardent, Danielle held senior land access manager and partnership management roles at Voneus Fibre and All Points Fibre, where she led negotiations on critical wayleaves, built long-term stakeholder relationships, and implemented cost-saving initiatives that significantly improved project outcomes. Her background in construction and customer experience adds valuable commercial and delivery insight, enabling her to approach complex challenges with a well-rounded and pragmatic perspective.
