Gillian is an accomplished Facilities Management professional with extensive experience leading multi-site operations, compliance, and customer-focused service delivery. With a career spanning retail, property, and facilities management, Gillian has developed strong expertise in hard and soft services, health and safety, compliance, and building services.
She has successfully managed major transitions, including the relocation of 650+ staff into a flagship central Leeds office, and consistently ensures compliance, efficiency, and high standards across all sites.
Gillian has built a reputation for her organisational skills, relationship management, and ability to deliver projects while maintaining business-as-usual performance. She is passionate about mentoring teams, creating inspiring workplaces, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Holding multiple industry certifications, including Asbestos Management Duty Holder, IOSH Managing Safely, Legionella Management, and ISO 9001 QMS auditing, Gillian brings both technical knowledge and hands-on leadership to every role.
