Phillip Simper

Phil Is currently an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and sits in the Utilities team within the Land Assembly Directorate. Phil has been with Ardent since January 2024 and currently offers expert advise on a variety of projects and for various clients, including multiple CPO/DCO schemes and is client manager for Cadent Gas on their ISS Full/Lite security upgrade schemes. Phil has worked on behalf of various Utility clients to offer expert advise on a range of different workstreams including Water, Electricity, gas and Telecoms.
