Rob Quaile

Rob is a Director advising on regeneration and development projects. Rob has a wealth of experience and knowledge in development consultancy, land assembly, compulsory purchase and valuation advice (as a Registered Valuer) – advising both private and public sector clients. Rob is also an elected member of the Board of the Compulsory Purchase Association.

Rob started his career as a solicitor specialising on qualification in commercial real estate and dispute resolution. He subsequently retrained as a surveyor and his unique experience means that he is able to provide market-leading insight and advice, particularly in respect of projects with wide-ranging land assembly, valuation issues and complex legal agreements. Rob is committed to training, development and thought leadership – he runs Ardent’s internal professional qualification training programme, Ardent Academy, and regularly speaks at conferences and round tables and writes articles. Rob also hosts the podcast, Ardent Talks: Regeneration & Development.
