Sharon Daly

Sharon is Managing Director of our Business Delivery Group having previously served as Non-Executive Director on the Ardent Board.  With a background in finance and consultancy, Sharon has experience of leading global, people businesses through change and transformation to maintain sustainable and industry leading brands, most recently and prior to Ardent as Chief Operating Officer at Steer Group.

Sharon enjoys high-growth, high-ambition companies at key stages of operational transition. Having worked in infrastructure and transport for over thirty years she believes that infrastructure and place play a fundamental role in shaping communities and she is passionate about ensuring it has a positive impact on our living spaces, environment and life opportunities, wherever we are.
