Susannah Edwards

Susannah joined Ardent at the start of 2025, as a Senior Associate Director within the renewables team.  She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and also a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Susannah experience mostly extends  across the renewables and utility sectors, with extensive experience working on behalf of a wide range of  clients including 4 years’ experience working at Cadent Gas and directly for a renewables developer. 

 

Susannah has worked both for the client and as the client on a number of large scale infrastructure projects across the country and is experienced in the acquisition of landrights, dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and managing complex landowner relationships. Susannah is from a rural background, and has extensive experience engaging with rural land owners.
