John Sayer, Head of Regeneration at Ardent 

John is Head of Regeneration at Ardent with over 20 years of property experience, 15 of which were spent with CBRE, where he has focussed on major regeneration and infrastructure schemes. John has advised developers, acquiring authorities and development corporations on major schemes in Croydon, Brentford, Gosport, Sheffield, Stratford, Northfleet, Stevenage, Birmingham, Slough, and Maidenhead.  John is a Chartered

 

Rob Quaile, Director of Regeneration at Ardent 

Rob brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in development consultancy, land assembly, compulsory purchase and valuation advice (as a Registered Value) to both private and public sector clients, specialising in the Development and Regeneration sector. Rob started his career as a solicitor specialising on qualification in commercial real estate and dispute resolution. He retrained as a surveyor and has previously held roles at Gerald Eve and CBRE.  Rob’s unique experience means that he is able to provide market-leading insight and advice, particularly in respect of projects with wide-ranging land assembly and valuation issues and complex legal agreements.

 

Pete Mills, Senior Associate Director at Ardent 

As an Associate Director and Regional Lead for the Midlands, Pete brings extensive experience in leadership, management, and implementation of high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. With a technical understanding of best practices in land referencing processes, Pete has successfully led delivery teams on numerous projects, including High Speed 2 Phase 2b, EDF Hinkley Point C, East West Rail Phase 3 and many city/town centre regeneration and housing CPOs.

 

Lucy Thomas, Partner at Pinsent Masons 

Lucy has extensive experience of advising on complex regeneration, development and infrastructure schemes throughout the UK. She specialises in advising public and private sector clients in relation to a wide range of planning, highways, compulsory purchase and compensation matters, including a number of high profile town centre redevelopment, estate regeneration and major infrastructure projects.

 

Parm Dosanjh, Executive Director at Aspinall Verdi 

Parm has over 25 years experience in the planning and development field with a proven track record of advising public sector clients on property market, viability and delivery issues. He is a Chartered Surveyor as well as a Chartered Town Planner. He has extensive experience of working on feasibility studies, masterplans/strategies, evidence base studies (retail, employment and whole plan viability) as well as drafting funding bids to help unlock sites for development.  Parm has acted as development consultant to some of the largest regeneration projects across the country and has a range of skills to take schemes from initial concept to completion. He has been with AspinallVerdi since 2011, heading up their London and Birmingham offices. Prior to that he was a Director in CBRE’s Public Sector Team focusing on town centre development schemes.
