We are excited to announce that in support of our continued growth, Ardent has appointed three new Managing Directors to lead our three core business areas of Land Referencing & GIS, Compulsory Purchase & Consents and Compensation. This will give our clients the highest level of service and increased depth of resource for major projects.

Mike Crowther becomes the Managing Director of Land Referencing & GIS – Mike has over 30 years experience and is one of the country’s leading experts in the land referencing sector.

Steve Yates becomes the Managing Director of Compulsory Purchase & Consents – Steve has over 20 years experience across DCO, TWAO and CPO promotion and consenting, spanning the Transport, Regeneration and Energy Industries.

Colin Cottage becomes the Managing Director of Compensation – Colin has specialised in compulsory purchase and compensation for acquiring authorities and claimants for over 25 years and is a leading Expert Witness for cases referred to the Lands Chamber.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed a number of new Directors both internal and external appointments to support the growth and service delivery within each of these sectors, and we welcome aboard Jacqui Stoddart from National Grid who joins our Leeds office and Nicola Harrington from HS2 who joins our Birmingham office, together with Nick Dexter in our Milton Keynes office.
