Ardent partner with colleges to offer industry-leading apprenticeships

Ardent is set to grow our apprenticeship offering, partnering with colleges to provide industry-leading placements and study. 

Adding to our recently launched graduate programme, our new apprenticeship partnerships will offer college students and leavers a direct route into the infrastructure and regeneration industry.

Having established relationships with both Milton Keynes College and Bedfordshire College, Ardent is looking to take on a variety of students from the local area to meet growing industry demand.

Milton Keynes College will harness Ardent’s extensive knowledge and industry experience providing T-Level, technical-based qualifications, to its students. Launched in 2020 T-Levels are developed in collaboration with employers to ensure the content of the course prepares the student for further study or work in the areas in which they are interested.

The courses will cover a number of areas including design, surveying, and planning for construction, with industry bodies such as RICS (Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors) contributing to the course content.

Ardent has also partnered with Central Bedfordshire College with a view to taking on industry placements for those students with an active interest in infrastructure and regeneration and will be undertaking a number of virtual sessions to introduce the students to Ardent and the work that we do.

Ardent are continuing to develop their connections and partnerships with colleges nationally at what is set to be an exciting time for development in the UK.

The first round of interviews for Ardent’s apprenticeship scheme will take place in early March. However, there will be further opportunities as we are always on the lookout for suitable students with an interest in the world of Infrastructure & Regeneration.
