New director joins growing Consents Management Consultancy team

We are delighted to welcome a new director to Ardent’s growing Consents Management Consultancy directorate.

Mark Hulme has been appointed as Director of Consents Management Consultancy (CMC), responsible for the North of England and Scotland and adding to Ardent’s growing Scottish base.

With over 30 years delivery experience, Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive multi-discipline transport infrastructure Project Management experience, with a focus on consent development and delivery.  His clients have included regional, national, and global transport organisations, so brings with him a wealth of best practice and drive.  Marks appointment will be instrumental in the growth of CMC and Ardents recognised footprint in the transport sector.

Mark comments ‘For me the most important part of any scheme is the front end; be it detailed design, construction, operation, or maintenance, but ultimately getting it right for the client.   Understanding and agreeing requirements are an essential part of any DCO, TWAO or consents development journey.’
