Hannah Purchase

Hannah is a Principal Surveyor in Ardent’s Land Assembly directorate based in Birmingham. She joined in February 2022, having spent the past 5 years working in High Speed Two’s Land & Property team as a Property Acquisition Manager.  Hannah joined Ardent’s transport team with a wealth of knowledge about rail and has since developed and expanded this knowledge, working on projects related to rail, road and utilities.

Hannah project manages transport projects, bringing experience of gaining compulsory purchase powers by Hybrid Bill, DCO and TWAO, she has worked on projects to build discretionary policies, through to serving notices on affected parties. Hannah also works with graduates and apprentices at Ardent and has helped to develop the APC programme for more junior members of staff.
